DuBois Art Workshop

This is a group creation done at John Gabb's www.johngabb.com presentation. He had everyone come up and make a mark or create something for 60 seconds. There were about 30 or 35 of us, and at first I thought I didn't want to do it. Then as people made their marks, I began to think about the balance of colors and shapes, and all of a sudden I was engrossed in creative thinking. Although I didn't really like the cute things that some people added or think it turned out to be anything I'd want to hang on my wall, it was a fun exercise in creativity.

Lucie is 8 years old!

Here is Lucie with her birthday gift, a Nintendo DS Lite and, most importantly, a Hannah Montana game to play on it. This may be the beginning of a new phase where we never see her without her full attention on a game in progress.
